My wife and I stumbled upon this absolute must go to place. The food is outrageously phenomenal. They make from an old family recipe the best ragu and marinara i have ever had. The meatballs are life changing. The tiramisu is incredible. And best of all, most all of the dishes and desserts are made in-house. This is the best Italian food I have ever had in a restaurant. Our server Yajaira (Yaya) was perfect, and the chef, Spencer, did an outstanding job. They both were warm and super friendly with great recommendations as to what to have. If you do not make your way to this family owned gem, you are truly missing out on one of life's great treasures.

GREAT Italian restaurant in an unexpected location. The waiter was very friendly, Wonderful Old Fashioned, the lobster ravioli was excellent. My wife had the Chicken Alfredo and that was great as well. Highly recommend.

We decided to try somewhere new and had seen how many great reviews this place had so we decided to give it a try. Such a fun atmosphere, the service was great we never felt rushed. The food was very good. Definitely a 5 out of 5 review & I cannot wait to go back! Very odd location but just go, you won’t be disappointed.

food was great, some of the best I've had in the year I lived in reno. atmosphere can come off a little silly with the skull candles but it's charming and I really liked the mood lighting and general atmosphere. service was really friendly shout-out to Joe will be visiting again sometime soon

We stayed at best western for my son's tournament and spotted this gem within. GAMBIS restaurant was a great start to our weekend. The food was great, I opted for the linguine scampi and it did not disappoint. The shrimp were cooked to perfection as well as all our other dishes, meatballs, and pastas! Our server Bryant was a total gem!! His service was exceptional!! Will be coming back to this restaurant for sure and recommending our friends as well! Forgot to mention the gentleman playing music

The decor is absolutely beautiful. And it’s a nice atmosphere. We stayed at the hotel and ate the complimentary breakfast. Only thing I’ll say is the pitchers with juice in it was not really good. They should cover the drinks.

This restaurant is beautiful and had so much pirate detail! The food was yummy but the mozzarella sticks were a little basic and so was the garlic bread. The lasagna and stuffed mushrooms were delicious! I had the tropical trance cocktail and it was made really good, strong too. We had a great experience and Bryant even offered me a tiramisu which is my favorite for free because it was my birthday!! Thank you! We were not rushed at all and the amount of space they have is great for hosting bday
